Ingredients

2eggs

1½cupseggnog

1cupwhite sugar

1tspvanilla extract

½cupbutter,at room temperature

2¼cupall purpose flour

3⅖ozwhite chocolate pudding mix

2tspbaking powder

½tspsalt

½tspground nutmeg

1cupconfectioners sugar,sifted

2tbspeggnog

⅛tspground nutmeg

Preparation

Using the paddle attachment in a mixer, mix eggs, eggnog, sugar, vanilla and butter.

In a separate bowl, sift flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Add to the mixer and blend together.

Pour into greased pan(s). Bake at 350 degrees F. Mini loaves for about 30 minutes and a regular loaf pan will take about 45 to 55 minutes.

Whisk together glaze ingredients and pour over the cooled eggnog bread.
