Ingredients
2small garlic cloves,minced
1tspanchovy paste
2tbsplemon juice,(from 1 lemon), freshly squeezed
1tspdijon mustard
1tspworcestershire sauce
1cupmayonnaise,best quality
½cupparmigiano-reggiano,freshly grated
¼tspsalt
¼tspfreshly ground black pepper
Preparation
In a medium bowl, whisk together the garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the mayonnaise, Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and pepper and whisk until well combined. Taste and adjust.
Serve over salads, and enjoy!
