Ingredients
¾cupdark brown sugar,packed or ½ if you prefer a more savory rub
2tbspkosher salt
2tbsponion powder
2tbspsmoked paprika
1tbspdry mustard
1tbspgarlic,Granulated
1tbspground black pepper
1tspcayenne pepper
1tspallspice
Preparation
Place all the spices in an airtight glass jar and shake gently to combine.
Store in an airtight container for up to a year.
