Ingredients
4hass avocados,ripe, peeled. cored, seeded, scooped from peel
⅓cupred onion,rinsed under water in mesh strainer, drained, finely chopped
1large roma tomato,seeded then diced
2tbspcilantro,finely chopped
1jalapeño,seeded, minced
1garlic clove,minced
1½tbsplime juice,fresh
salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
Preparation
Add the avocados to a larger bowl and cut into avocados with a pastry cutter or fork until desired texture is achieved.
Add the red onion, tomato, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, lime and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss the mixture, then serve immediately with chips, and enjoy!
