Ingredients

¼cupcilantro,chopped

3garlic cloves,minced

1lime,zested and juiced

1½tspsoy sauce

1tspground cumin

½tspbrown sugar

½tspcayenne pepper

12ozfirm tofu,(1 package) drained and cubed

1tbspolive oil,or more if needed

Preparation

Mix cilantro, garlic, lime zest and juice, soy sauce, cumin, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.

Add tofu and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour to overnight. Remove tofu with a slotted spoon.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir marinated tofu until browned on all sides for 10 to 15 minutes.
