Ingredients

4cupsall-purpose flour

3tbspbaking powder

2tspbaking soda

1tspsalt

3tbspsugar

1cuppancake mix

1egg

1cupmilk

1tbspmelted butter or oil

Preparation

Combine all ingredients.

Store tightly sealed in a cool dry place.

Preheat and lightly grease a griddle or pan over medium to high heat.

Combine 1 cup of pancake mix with egg, milk, and butter or oil.

Pour 1/3 cup of batter and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until bubbles on the surface of the pancakes have popped.

Flip and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until the underside is light golden.
