1lblean beef,ground

½lbItalian sausage

1onions,small diced

3clovesgarlic,finely chopped

6oztomato paste

28oztomatoes,diced

28oztomatoes,crushed

¼cupcarrot,grated

1cupwater

1tspItalian Seasoning

½tspdried basil

Preparation

Cook sausage, beef, onion and garlic in a skillet until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered 30 minutes or until thickened.

Serve over spaghetti.
