Ingredients

1tspsalt
1½cupsvegetable oil
5cupsmilk
5cupsflour
2tbspbutter
Preparation
Mix the egg whites using a hand mixer until the color turns white and fluffy.
Beat the egg yolks using a hand mixer.
Add the sugar to the egg yolks while continuing to mix. Then, while mixing, add the salt, oil, and milk to the mixture (in that order).
Once combined, add the whipped egg whites while continuing to mix.
Slowly add the flour to create a homogeneous batter. Let this batter sit for an hour.
Put 1 tbsp butter in a pan and pour ⅓ of a ladle of the prepared batter to the pan. Once the top is dry, use a spatula to flip the pancake.
Wait for 5 seconds and transfer the pancake onto the plate.
Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
