Ingredients

½cuphoney

¼cupDijon mustard

¼cupwhole grain mustard

2tbspolive oil

1tbsprosemary,fresh minced

1tspred pepper flakes,crushed

1tspkosher salt

½tspblack pepper

4clovesgarlic,minced

Preparation

In a medium sized mixing bowl add all the ingredients and whisk to combine.

Marinate over pork tenderloin for at least 3 hours or up to 24 hours.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Brown marinaded tenderloin.

Then cook for 18 to 20 minutes or until reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Lest rest 5 minutes before slicing.
