Ingredients
4salmon,fillets, skin on or off
1tbspoil
¼cupcider vinegar
¼cupdijon mustard
¼cuphoney
¼cupcanola oil,or other natural flavored oil
1garlic clove,minced
½tspsalt
¼tspblack pepper
1tbspmustard,seeded
Preparation
Mix the cider vinegar, mustard, honey, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a jar until well combined.
Place the salmon in a zippered bag or bowl. Add ¼ cup of the sauce and mix to coat. No need to marinate.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until deep golden. Turn and cook the other side for 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to serving plates.
Add the seeded mustard into the remaining sauce, then shake to mix.
Serve the over the salmon, and enjoy!
