Ingredients
1lbdeli ham,thinly sliced, sliced into thin strips
8ozcream cheese,(1 package) cut into cubes
10¾ozcondensed cream of mushroom soup,undiluted
10¾ozcondensed cream of celery soup,undiluted
2cupsswiss cheese,shredded
1lbcocktail rye bread,(2 loaves)
Preparation
In a slow cooker, combine the ham, cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of celery soup.
Stir in the Swiss cheese. Cover, and cook on Low for about 2 hours until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Serve on cocktail rye slices. Enjoy!
