Ingredients
3 cup chicken, cubed cooked
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup green grapes, seedless, halved
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup sprouts , optional
6 whole wheat pita breads, sliced to form a pocket
Preparation
Place cubed chicken in bowl. Add curry powder, celery and pepper to the mayonnaise.
Place mayonnaise in bowl with chicken and nuts. Mix gently but thoroughly.
Place in container to transport which will keep the bread nice or fill the pita breads and top with sprouts if desired if it would be served in a short amount of time.
