Ingredients
1yellow onion,finely diced
2red bell peppers,finely diced
15½ozkidney beans,rinsed and drained, roughy 1¾ cups
15½ozpinto beans,rinsed and drained, roughy 1¾ cups
15½oznorthern beans,rinsed and drained, roughy 1¾ cups
½cupketchup
¾cupwater
⅓cupdark brown brown sugar,unpacked
1tbspyellow mustard
1tspchili powder
Preparation
Add the ingredients to the insert and stir them together well.
Place the lid and lock. Set to Manual, High pressure, and set for about 8 minutes.
Once finished, natural pressure for about 10 to 15 minutes, then quick release.
Stir before serving.
Add the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir them together well.
Cover and cook on Low 6 to 7 hours. Stir before serving.
