Ingredients
2 cup Carrots, chopped
2 cup Italian Sausage, chopped
2 cup Peas, frozen
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
pinch sugar
1 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Grease a casserole dish.
Add carrots, sausage, and peas to dish.
In a medium sauce pan, add tomato paste, water, Italian seasoning, and sugar.
Cook until blended and heated through.
Pour over sausages and vegetables in the pan.
Bake for 30-45 minutes on 350° F or until vegetables are tender.
Serve hot.
