Ingredients
1tbspolive oil
14ozpork or chicken sausage,sliced
1red bell pepper,cut into 1-inch pieces
1yellow bell pepper,cut into 1-inch pieces
1tbspItalian seasoning
24ozRiserva Classico Roasted Garlic Sauce,(1 jar)
3cupsorzo,cooked
2cupsspinach
parmesan,freshly grated for topping
Preparation
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add olive oil, sausage, bell peppers, and italian seasoning. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes until the peppers are tender.
Add in the jar of tomato roasted garlic sauce, orzo and spinach. Heat until it starts to simmer and spinach starts to wilt.
Serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
