2ozprovolone cheese
2ozham
2ozmortadella
2ozGenoa salami
2ozcapicollo
1½cupsromaine lettuceshredded
2largetomatoesthickly sliced
½smallred onionthinly sliced
2tbspItalian dressing
¼cuppickled peppersor banana peppers
2largesub rolls
Preparation
Open sub rolls and lightly toast if desired. Spread with mayonnaise.
Layer cheeses, meats, lettuce, onion, and tomatoes on the rolls.
Drizzle with Italian vinaigrette and peppers.
