Ingredients

1cupdry white wine

1garlic clove

2green onions,sliced

3ozcream cheese

4ozcheddar cheese,shredded

4ozswiss cheese,shredded

4ozmozarella cheese,shredded

2tbspflour

½lbbacon,cooked crisp, crumbled

4ozjalapeno peppers,drained, chopped

pretzel bread,warm, for serving

Preparation

Simmer the wine, garlic, and green onion for 2 minutes.

Stir in the cream cheese until melted.

Toss the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese, and mozzarella cheese with the flour. Add the cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.

Stir in the bacon and jalapeno peppers.

Serve warm with pretzel bread for dipping, and enjoy!
