Ingredients
2tspgarlic powder
2tsponion powder
2tspdried thyme
1tsppaprika
1tspallspiceground

¼tspred pepper flakes

2tspcayenne pepperadjust to spice preference
1lbshrimplarge, peeled and deveined, tails removed if desired
2cupspineapple chunks
1red bell peppercut into 1 inch pieces
1tbspolive oil
1tbspparsleychopped
Preparation
Combine all the spices. Store in a jar or resealable bag for later use.
Heat a grill or a grill pan to medium-high.
Thread the shrimp, pineapple, and red pepper onto skewers.
Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle 2 to 3 teaspoons of jerk seasoning over both sides of the skewers.
Place on the grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Place the skewers on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
