Ingredients

1 lb. kiwi fruit, cut up, peeled

2 tbsp. lemon juice

1 bottle asti spumante

½ cup sugar

Preparation

Peel and slice Kiwi fruit.

Place in a blender then add champagne, lemon juice, and sugar.

Blend at medium speed until well blended.

Refrigerate until very cold.

Serve in chilled bowls or cups.

This is good with two qt. of strawberries instead of kiwi.
