Ingredients
1cupsoy sauce
1pear,cored, grated
1yellow onion,grated
¾cupbrown sugar,packed
3garlic cloves,grated
2tbspsesame oil
¼cupmirin
4lbsflanken short ribs
green onions,for garnish
Preparation
Mix the soy sauce, pear, yellow onion, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, mirin, and short ribs together in a large bowl.
Marinate for at least 24 hours, then drain from the marinade before cooking.
Cook in the oven for 12 to 14 minutes at 400 degrees F, then broil for 1 to 2 minutes.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
