Ingredients
4cupmini penne,or any favorite pasta
¾cupmayonnaise
¾cupsour cream
1½tspwhite sugar
1½tspchampagne vinegar
1½tspdijon mustard
1tspdry mustard
½tspworcestershire sauce
1tspcelery salt
4cupromaine lettuce,chopped
¼cupgreen bell pepper,chopped
½cupfrozen green peas
¼cupcelery,chopped
¼cupred onion,sliced, optional
2cupham,or chicken, or tuna, or salmon, cooked and chopped
½cupblack olives,sliced
½cupparmesan cheese,grated
Preparation
Cook choice of pasta according to directions. Drain and cool.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, white sugar, vinegar, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and celery salt in a medium bowl
In a large bowl, start layering ingredients as follows: Lettuce, pasta, green peppers, frozen peas, chopped celery, red onion, Meat (ham, chicken, salmon, or tuna), black olives, dressing
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or at minimum 12 hours. Toss all ingredients right before serving.
