Ingredients
4lbsalmon fillet
2tbspbutter,melted
1lemon,divided
salt and pepper
¾cuppanko bread crumbs
3clovesgarlic,minced
2tbspfresh parsley,minced
1tbspfresh dill,minced
1lemon,zest
2tbspparmesan cheese,shredded
3tbspbutter,melted
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine all Topping ingredients in a small bowl.
Line a pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Place salmon on the pan and brush with melted butter. Season with salt and pepper and squeeze ½ of the lemon over top.
Sprinkle crumb mixture over salmon. Bake uncovered for 13 to 17 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and is cooked.
