Ingredients

5 cups water

1 cups sugar

8 sprigs fresh rosemary

¼ cup black tea leaves

1 cup lemon juice, fresh

1 sprig rosemary, per serving

1 pc lemon wheel, per serving

Preparation

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, bring water, sugar, and rosemary sprigs to just below a simmer (190 degrees F), stirring until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat.

Add tea and let it steep for 3 minutes.

Strain the tea and add lemon juice.

Refrigerate until cool.

Serve over ice and garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.
