Ingredients
2fresh lemongrass stalks
¼cupfresh ginger,chopped
1garlic clove
1jalapeño
2tbspvegetable oil
2tbspcilantro leaves
salt,to taste
Preparation
In a food processor, combine the sliced lemongrass with the fresh ginger, garlic, and halved jalapeño, then pulse until finely chopped.
Add the vegetable oil and process to a coarse paste. Add the cilantro leaves and process until fairly smooth.
Season the wet rub generously with salt.
Use as desired and enjoy.
