Ingredients

1tbspolive oil

1small onion,diced

1green bell pepper,diced

2clovesgarlic,minced

2lbslean ground beef

2cupsbeef broth

8oztomato sauce,(1 can)

15oztomatoes,(1 can) diced, undrained

15ozpinto beans,(1 can)

15ozkidney beans,(1 can)

3tbspchili powder

1tbsporegano

1tspcumin

1tspcoriander

1tspsalt

¼tspcayenne

Preparation

In a large pot add the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the onion, bell pepper and garlic and sauté until almost tender. Add in the ground beef and cook and crumble until brown.

Add in the beef broth, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, pinto beans, kidney beans, chili powder, oregano, cumin, coriander, salt and cayenne.

Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer for about 30 minutes until it starts to thicken and flavors combine.

Serve warm and enjoy.
