Ingredients
8ozcream cheese
1cupsour cream
16ozrefried beans,(1 can)
15ozblack beans,(1 can)
15ozcorn,(1 can)
3.8ozblack olives,(1 can)
4½ozgreen chiles,(1 can), chopped, drained
1pkgMcCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
4cupsMexican cheese blend,shredded, divided
cilantro,chopped
cherry tomatoes
avocado,sliced
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Microwave the cream cheese and sour cream in large microwaveable bowl on high for 1 minute or until cheese is softened. Remove from microwave. Mix with wire whisk until smooth.
Add the refried beans, black beans, corn, black olives, green chiles, Seasoning Mix, and 2 cups of the cheese, then mix well.
Spread the bean mixture into 13×9-inch baking dish, sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining 2 cups of cheese.
Bake 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with tortilla chips, and enjoy!
