Ingredients

1½cupsfat free milk

2tbsppumpkin butter

2tspvanilla extract

½tsppumpkin pie spice

2tspsugaror sugar substitute, to taste

¼cupespressoor ½ cup strong brewed coffee works

fat free whipped topping

pumpkin pie spicefor topping

Preparation

In a small pan, combine the milk, pumpkin butter, and sugar.

Cook on medium heat, stirring, until it boils.

Remove from heat, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth.

Pour into two mugs, add the hot espresso, then top with fat free whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
