1lblean ground beef

½cuponion,diced

6cupsbeef broth

14oztomatoes,diced

2tbsptomato paste

1tspWorcestershire sauce

½tsporegano

½tspdried basil

1½cupselbow macaroni,uncooked

1½cupsmixed vegetables,frozen

Preparation

In a large soup pot, brown the beef and onion until no pink remains. Drain any fat.

Add the broth, tomatoes, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes.

Stir in the macaroni noodles and vegetables, simmer for about 8 minutes or until the macaroni is tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve with shredded cheese, and enjoy!
