Ingredients
2 mangoes, chopped
½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
2 cups mixed greens
1 cup arugula
1 oz sweet onion, (white), thinly sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Gently mix the greens, sweet onion, and mangoes.
Combine the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl and whisk.
Drizzle the dressing to your mixed greens and mangoes and gently toss to combine.
Top with crumbled goat cheese and pepper then serve!
