Ingredients

3cupsmango,finely diced

⅓cupred onion,minced

1jalapeno,seeds and ribs removed, minced

1red bell pepper,cored, seeded, finely diced

½cupcilantro leaves,chopped

2tbsplime juice

salt,to taste

Preparation

Place the mango, red onion, jalapeno, bell pepper, and cilantro in a bowl. Stir in the lime juice and salt.
