Ingredients
24Hershey’s kisses
½cupsprinkles
water,as needed
24large marshmallows
2cupsflour
½tspbaking soda
½tspsalt
½cupbutter,softened
1cupsugar
1large egg
1tspvanilla extract
½cupmilk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Unwrap the Hershey’s Kisses, and set aside for later.
Lightly dampen the marshmallows by patting down with a wet paper towel, or dipping them into a small bowl of water. Coat well in the sprinkles, then set aside to dry.
Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
Mix together butter and sugar in separate bowl until creamy. Add the egg, vanilla, and milk, then mix until well combined. Add in the flour mixture, and combine well.
Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of cookie dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Make a small indention into the cookies, then place a marshmallow in the divot.
Bake for 2 to 2½ minutes. Remove from oven and press the Hershey’s Kisses in the center of the marshmallow.
