Ingredients
60marshmallows
42ozevaporated milk,3 cans, divided
4cupsheavy whipping cream
3cupsmilk
1cupwhite sugar
2tbspvanilla extract
1tbsplemon extract
1pinchsalt
Preparation
Heat the marshmallows with 1 can of the evaporated milk, stirring occasionally, in a saucepan over low heat, for 10 to 15 minutes, until the marshmallows are melted.
Stir the remaining evaporated milk, cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, lemon extract, and salt into the marshmallow mixture.
Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions until it reaches soft-serve consistency.
Serve cold, and enjoy!
