Ingredients
5ozcanned albacore tuna,drained
1tbspcapers,drained
1tbspextra virgin olive oil
1tbspred wine vinegar
2cupsarugula
1cuppasta,cooked, or GF pasta
Fresh black pepper
½ozfresh parmesan,shaved
Preparation
In a large bowl, toss tuna with capers, oil, vinegar, arugula, pasta, and pepper.
Divide on two plates and top with shaved parmesan.
