Ingredients
2cupssoy milk
¼cupall purpose flour
2tbspwhite sugar
2tbspnutritional yeast
1tbspground cinnamon,or to taste
1Italian bread loaf,cut into 1-inch slices
Preparation
Whisk the soy milk, flour, sugar, nutritional yeast, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
Dip both sides of each slice of bread in the mixture, adding more cinnamon as desired.
Heat a nonstick griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Cook the bread for about 4 minutes on each side, or until toasted and golden brown.
