Ingredients

4corn on the cob

1tbspolive oil

salt and pepper,to taste

⅓cupmayonnaise

⅓cupsour cream,or crema

½tspancho chile powder

½tspcumin

1tbspcilantro,chopped, plus extra for serving

½cupcotija cheese,or feta cheese

lime wedges

Preparation

Preheat grill to medium heat.

On a plate, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, chile powder, cumin and cilantro.

Brush corn with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill for 8 to 12 minutes or until cooked and lightly browned.

Roll or brush corn in the mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with cheese.

Serve with lime, and enjoy!
