Ingredients

1ozhaas avocado,(about ¼ small)

2ozcooked lump crab meat

1tbspchopped fresh cilantro,divided

½small lime,juiced

1small green onion,thinly sliced, green and whites separated

kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper,to taste

1.5oz100% whole grain bread,(1 slice), toasted

1small radish,trimmed and thinly sliced

paprika

½tspextra-virgin olive oil

Preparation

In a small bowl, mash avocado with a fork until smooth.

In another small bowl, combine crab, 2 teaspoons cilantro, lime juice, onion whites, a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spread avocado evenly over toast, top with crab mixture, radish, remaining cilantro, green onion, a sprinkle of paprika, a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Cut in half and serve immediately.
