2large eggs
1tbspmilk
salt and pepper,to taste
Preparation
Spray a 10 to 12-ounce coffee mug with cooking spray or grease with butter.
Add the eggs and milk to the mug, season with salt and pepper, and stir with a fork until well blended; making sure to break the yolk.
Microwave the mixture on high for 40 seconds, then stir the edges inward. Microwave again for 20 seconds, then stir again.
Continue to microwave in 10 to 20-second intervals until just barely cooked through.
Serve warm and enjoy!
