Ingredients

12 oz tuna chunks in water, (1 can), drained

10½ oz mushroom soup, (1 can), or onion soup, condensed

10 oz broccoli florets, or spinach, thawed

8 oz pasta, of your choice, cooked and cooled

5 oz evaporated milk, (1 can)

3 oz cheese, of your choice, grated

1½ oz fried onions, packaged

1 tbsp yellow mustard, prepared

cooking spray

1 oz potato chips, per serving, lightly crushed

1½ oz fried onions, packaged

Preparation

Combine all your ingredients in a mixing bowl, including half of your fried onions.

Grease a baking casserole of your choice with cooking spray, then transfer the contents into your casserole. Spread evenly.

Microwave your casserole on medium heat for 3-minute intervals. Stir in between intervals. Repeat for roughly 12 to 15 minutes, until your casserole is fully cooked and cheese has melted.

Sprinkle the remaining onions on top. Garnish with parsley and serve.
