Ingredients
12tbspunsalted butter(melted and cooled)
1 ½cupspacked light brown sugar
2largeeggs(lightly beaten)
1tbspvanilla extract
1tbspmint extract
6-9dropsgreen food coloring
1 ½cupsunbleached all-purpose flour
1tbspbaking powder
½tbsptable salt
1 ½cupchocolate chips(for inside the blondies)
½cupmilk chocolate chips(for the drizzle on top)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease a 13×9-inch pan with baking spray or butter and flour.
Using a stand mixer, add the brown sugar and melted butter.
Add the eggs, vanilla, mint extract, and green food coloring to the bowl.
Next, add in the flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips until well combined.
Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until the top is set but not yet browning.
Let it cool for a few minutes. Set aside
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave additional chocolate chips in 30-second increments until fully melted.
Add chocolate ribbons as a design on the blondie top by using a fork. Serve.
