Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease or use baking spray on a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a large bowl or stand mixer, add the melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla, then whisk together until well combined.

Add the cocoa powder and salt to the bowl, and mix well. Then, add in the flour and chocolate chips, and mix until just combined.

Using a spatula, pour the mixture into the bottom of the pan and spread.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Add the butter, sugar, eggs, mint extract, and green food coloring to a stand mixer, then mix on high for 2 to 3 minutes until well blended.

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, and dark chocolate, then turn the mixer on low and mix until combined.

Using a large spoon or hands, drop chunks of mint chocolate chip cookie dough gently over the baked brownie layer.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the dough is just set.

Cool completely before cutting, then serve, and enjoy!
