Ingredients

1 small chick peas, rinsed and drained

1 lemon, juiced and ¼ of the zest

4 tsp fresh garlic, minced

2 pinch dill, optional

10 tbsp tahini

8 tbsp water

1 pinch salt

3 pinch black pepper

Preparation

Combine ½ the lemon juice and remaining ingredients in food processor.

Adjust dill to taste.

Add more lemon juice if too thick.

Once lemon juice is used, add water to your desired consistency.
