Ingredients

¼cupbutter,softened

½cupcreamy peanut butter

1cupsugar

2wholeeggs

1tbspvanilla extract

1½cupsflour

1¼tspbaking powder

⅓cupmilk

¼cupmilk chocolate chips

¼cuppeanuts,Chopped

8ozcream cheese,softened

½cupbutter,softened

½cupcreamy peanut butter

1½cupspowdered sugar

3tbspbrown sugar

3tbspall purpose flour

2tspvanilla

1cupoats

1bagplain mini M&Ms

1cupmini or regular semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Using a stand mixer, whisk together butter and sugar until light, about 3 minutes.

Add in peanut butter, mix to combine.

Add eggs, vanilla and milk until well mixed.

Mix in flour and baking powder until just combined.

Add in chocolate chips and peanuts and mix for just a couple of seconds until mixed in.

Using a 1/4 cup ice cream scoop or other measure, scoop batter into cupcake liners.

Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool on a wire rack.

For the frosting, use a stand mixer to cream the butter, cream cheese and peanut butter together. Add in the brown sugar, vanilla, oats and flour.

Add in the powdered sugar, until well mixed.

Finally add the M&Ms and Chocolate chips, until just combined.

Using your 1/4 cup ice cream scoop, scoop out the cookie dough onto the cooled cupcakes.
