Ingredients
1 avocado, ripe
1 pink grapefruit , or a jar of pink grapefruit slices
French dressing
lettuce
Preparation
Take avocado pit and remove peeling.
Section grapefruit, place lettuce on plate, place avocado in fan-like position on plate on top of lettuce then alternate the grapefruit sections with the avocado.
Drizzle French dressing on top of it.
I like to save time by purchasing the grapefruit already sectioned in the produce dept of your grocery store.
