Ingredients

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup sugar

3 tbsp light corn syrup

1/2 cup Kahlua

2 ½ cup vanilla wafer cookies, finely crushed

1/2 cup powdered sugar , or cocoa, optional for topping

Preparation

Using a double boiler, heat and stir the chocolate over simmering water until completely melted.

Slowly whisk in sugar and corn syrup. Once combined, slowly add in Kahlua and continue to whisk.

Place the crushed cookies in a medium-sized bowl. Add the chocolate mixture and combine.

Shape into 1-inch balls and top with powdered sugar or cocoa if desired.

Place in a covered container and refrigerate 8-12 hours before serving.
