Ingredients
2½ packets graham crackers, roughly 3 oz total
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
Zests of 2 lemons
Juice from 2 lemons
1½ cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp milk
Preparation
Layer crackers onto a 9x13-baking sheet.
In a bowl add lemon juice, zest, condensed milk, and mix. Layer over graham crackers.
Combine butter, milk, and powdered sugar and layer on top of lemon mixture.
Place in the fridge over night.
Sprinkle more powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
