Ingredients
1cupsugar
½cupmilk
½cupbutter
¼tspsalt
1tspvanilla
2½cupsoatmeal
½cupcocoa
½cupcoconut
Preparation
In a big pot, boil milk, butter, and sugar on medium heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat, then add salt and vanilla.
In a bowl, mix oatmeal, cocoa, and coconut together. Then stir in sugar, milk, and butter mixture. Mix well.
Drop by the tablespoon onto a plate, chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
