Ingredients
1½cupssugar
6tbspbutter,cubed
6tbspmilk
¾cuppeanut butter
2¼cupsquick cooking oats
1cuppeanut butter candies,coated
Preparation
Place the sugar, butter, and milk in a saucepot over medium heat. Stir until the butter is melted.
Bring to a boil and boil for exactly 1 minute.
Remove the pot from the heat, then stir in the peanut butter until smooth. Add the oats, then stir until thoroughly combined.
Drop 2 tablespoon-sized dollops of the dough onto parchment paper, waxed paper, or a silicone nonstick baking mat. Quickly press the candies onto the tops of the cookies.
Cool completely until the cookies are set.
