Ingredients

1graham pie crust

1cansweetened condensed milk

6tbsplemon juice,(from 2 whole lemons)

4ozpineapple,(1 can), crushed, well drained

1cupwhipped topping,such as Cool Whip

3½cupsmini marshmallows,fruit flavored

whipped topping,extra, for garnish, optional

Preparation

In a bowl, whisk together the condensed milk and lemon juice.

Fold in the pineapple, whipped topping, and mini marshmallows.

Heap the filling into the pie crust and refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight.

Serve chilled, and enjoy!
