Ingredients

3.9 oz instant vanilla pudding mix, (1 package)

1½ cups milk, cold

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 graham cracker pie crust, (9 inches)

½ cup whipped cream

1 cup raspberries

powdered sugar

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, milk, and vanilla.

Beat with an electric mixer on low speed for two minutes then pour over the pie crust.

Spread whipped cream over the filling.

Place the raspberries on top.

Refrigerate for at least one hour before dusting with powdered sugar. Serve and enjoy!
