Ingredients

¼cupold-fashioned oats

1banana,peeled, frozen

1cupunsweetened almond milk

2tbsphoney,to taste

½tspground cinnamon

½tspvanilla extract

¼tspground ginger

pinchnutmeg

pinchsalt

¼cupraisins,optional

Preparation

Add the oats to the blender, and pulse until finely ground.

Add the banana, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and raisins, and pulse until blended and smooth.

Serve immediately, and enjoy!
